TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of decorwalay.com and purchases made from Decor Walay. Throughout these Terms, “Decor Walay,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Decor Walay, while “customer,” “you” and “your” refer to any person using our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS

Decor Walay offers lamps, lamp shades, lighting products, wall art, clocks, candle stands, vases and other home décor products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours and photographs accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting conditions, photography and material variations.

Minor differences in colour, texture, pattern, finish or craftsmanship may occur in handmade or customized products. Such minor variations are not considered defects where the product otherwise matches the confirmed order.

3. CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products are manufactured, altered or assembled according to the customer’s selected design, colour, size, measurements, material, finish or other preferences.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all customization details before production begins. Once a customized order has been confirmed and production or material procurement has started, it cannot normally be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Any alteration requested after production begins may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery times. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, spellings, colours, specifications or other information supplied or approved by the customer.

This does not affect the customer’s rights where a customized product is damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed specifications.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website. Product prices and availability may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed. Delivery charges, customization charges and other applicable costs will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before confirmation.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical, typing or system error, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may contact the customer to confirm product details, delivery information, payment or customization requirements.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

* The product is unavailable;
* The delivery address is incomplete or outside our serviceable area;
* Payment cannot be verified;
* Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected;
* The customer cannot be contacted for confirmation;
* An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred; or
* The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

6. PAYMENTS

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Customized or high-value orders may require partial or full advance payment before production begins.

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the order value, product type and delivery location. We may require order confirmation before dispatching a cash-on-delivery order.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Standard, non-customized orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Decor Walay. Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been packed or handed over to the courier.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled after production or material procurement has begun. Any exception will be considered individually and may involve deductions for work completed, materials purchased, packaging and other actual costs.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customization, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, road closures, security conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active telephone number and any instructions reasonably required for delivery.

Decor Walay is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, the customer’s unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of incorrect customer information, refusal or unavailability.

9. INSPECTION AND UNBOXING VIDEO

Customers should inspect their parcel immediately after delivery.

For transit-breakage claims, customers must record a complete, continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning before the parcel is opened. The video must clearly show:

* The shipping label;
* The sealed condition of the parcel;
* The complete opening process;
* The product and its packaging; and
* Any visible damage or breakage.

Transit-damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photographs. Customers must retain all packaging until the claim has been resolved.

These evidence requirements do not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

All returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted, particularly for customized, personalized or made-to-order products.

Where an exceptional return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. Original delivery charges, return delivery charges and actual packaging or repackaging costs may be deducted from the refund, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

11. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers must use all products according to the provided instructions and their intended purpose.

Electrical products must be used with suitable voltage, wiring, bulbs and fittings. The stated or recommended bulb wattage must not be exceeded. Hardwired products should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Decor Walay is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable wiring, incorrect voltage, excessive bulb wattage, exposure to water, unauthorized modification, improper handling, misuse or failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. WEBSITE ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website accurate and available; however, we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption, delay or technical error.

Product descriptions, prices, availability and other website content may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information when identified. We will not make a material change to a confirmed order without informing the customer.

13. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website:

* For unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activities;
* To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights;
* To upload malware, harmful code or automated attacks;
* To interfere with the website’s security or operation;
* To collect information about other users without permission;
* To impersonate another person or organization; or
* To place false, abusive or fraudulent orders.

We may restrict access where these Terms are violated.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including the Decor Walay name, logo, branding, photographs, product designs, descriptions, graphics and written material—is owned by or licensed to Decor Walay unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

16. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant Decor Walay permission to display, reproduce and use the submitted content for business and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, unrelated or infringes another person’s rights.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers and social-media platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Decor Walay is not responsible for the independent operation or content of third-party websites, except for responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

18. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments and deliver orders.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decor Walay will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability concerning a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

Decor Walay will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, internet or power failure, transport disruption, courier interruption or supplier failure.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and complete or resolve outstanding orders.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab.

Customers should contact Decor Walay first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the courts or consumer-protection authorities having lawful jurisdiction, including those in Faisalabad where applicable.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer’s right to approach a legally authorized consumer forum.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, policies or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.

Changes will not remove rights already attached to a completed purchase unless required by law.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and any order-specific written agreement, form the complete agreement between Decor Walay and the customer concerning use of the website and purchases.
