3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Decor Walay reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of placing the order.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Decor Walay reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are 5–10 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed in your cart.
  • Decor Walay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
